Industrial robots capable of automatic painting or applying other coatings are collectively referred to as painting robots, also known as spray painting robots. A painting robot primarily consists of three parts: the robot body, a computer, and the corresponding control system. Painting robots typically utilize hydraulic drive, which offers fast movement speeds and excellent explosion-proof performance. Besides the basic three parts, they also include a hydraulic oil source, composed of components such as an oil pump, oil tank, and motor.
